Product returns

To return your product for a refund, please call us (0508 243 629) or email us at bruce@bma.co.nz, so that we can arrange this for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, a credit will be made to your nominated bank account. The value of the credit will be, our agreed value of your returned products, less a 15% restocking fee and any incurred return shipping charges.

If we cannot supply the goods

If your goods cannot be supplied for reasons beyond our control, we will credit to your nominated bank account, the value of the goods less the 4% internet transaction fees incurred.
